Reposted because I corrected the colours a bit - the skin shading wasn't visible enough and it was just overall too light. I had my screen tilted on a weird angle when I drew it, so it often turns out like this. Sorry!

So I’ve been researching mental and personality disorders, since Grell is usually characterized as a sociopath of some sort, but that didn’t seem right to me.
I think the best diagnosis would be body dysmorphia, along with psycopathy - superficial charm, pathological lying, lack of remorse or guilt, and genuine emotion being short-lived and egocentric. The third would be Histrionic Personality Disorder, characterized by being attention-seeking, inappropriately seductive, and excessive need for approval.

Keep in mind that I am not a psychologist, so any arguments or opinions are certainly welcome, I’d love to hear!
